THE REVIEW

Now I am about to review not an album but a GROUP, UPPERCASE LIKE MR. Because it's the best in the Italian scene.
But first, let me clarify...
The Prophilax are not the SanCulamo: those of the blasphemies
They are not the Profilax: which do not exist
They are not Pizza e Fichi: a band still part of the Prophilax crew with the same guitarist and the same singer
They are not the Gem Boy: those of Holly and Benjy (the song)
The Prophilax are the Prophilax so let's begin.

For centuries, this group has been producing quality CDs, their parody is "serious" because the group's music is serious. People who, if they devoted themselves to Heavy, would be the best in Italy.
The lyrics are not at all trivial if you read between the lines: among sex and bad words, Prophilax give us an important message (like the affiliated Pizza e Fichi): the misery and disgust that spreads every day on TV, in daily life, that is not censored unlike music. Focus on songs like Vacce Te, a cover of Masini's Vaffanculo and, in my opinion, the best piece of the GROUP; Vacce Te in fact is a vulgar and violent critique against the vulgarity and violence of TV shows, producers, multinational record companies, all the crap floating in the Italian artistic scene. The Ceppaflex gang began its crusade against the conformist world years ago, standing against the clergy, petty bourgeoisie, bigotry, and for prostitutes, pornography, and freedom of thought in every CD.

The true revolutionaries are them: Prophilax and Pizza e Fichi against militarism in Naja, against bigotry in Re Arcù, against anti-youth generational education in Voci Dall'Oltre Chiavica, against the showbusiness world in Vacce Te, in favor of transsexuals in Pajarulo, against global social-moral decay in La Megaceppa Sorgerà. To a squalid, violent, evil, and uncivil world, Prophilax respond with the same weapons, declare war on the globe with rifles made of ceppe and huge human condoms as soldiers. It's the nerkiarmy war, and no one can stop it.
From the beginning, Ceppaflex and his fellows have issued ultimatums to the world, and with the latest CD "Il Quinto Escremento" they have finally won. They, the anonymous ones, so anonymous that they are confused with other groups, self-promoting on Radio Rock, dedicating concerts in favor of pussy and against misfortune, ordinary people, everyday heroes, who arm themselves with a microphone and instruments and bombard the world with dirty and pure philosophy.
Ladies and Gentlemen: the Prophilax, the highest musical expression of the Italian scenario (I'm serious, I love them) .

"Non m'importa se sono volgare, non m'importa se sei mejo te, canto quello che cazzo mi pare, non mi puoi criticare perché: qui la gente si è stufata di ascoltare cappellate, io racconto la realtà a modo mio con le cazzate, che se mi va di dire fregna io lo urlo a squarcia gola, che lo faccio da na vita sin da quando stavo a scuola, invece tu che sei una solo e che racconti favolette FAI PURE IL FINTO MORALISTA E MI CENSURI CULI E TETTE, MA POI ACCENDI LA TV E TI BECCHI QUESTO ED ALTRO, MA LI TUTTO è CONSENTITO E TU AFFANCULO MI HAI MANDATO...
