Of the 345 songs by Pooh, 302 are contained in the band's 29 studio albums, and 43 were released as singles supporting compilations and live performances, or as 45 rpm records. From the collection "Come eravamo... 20 anni fa," there are five tracks: I cinque orsacchiotti, E poi vedo lei, Otto rampe di scale, Non ti sento più, Vulcano spento. These belong to the very early period when the lineup consisted of Valerio, Mario, Mauro, Gilberto, and Bob. From the subsequent years, among the tracks never released on albums, there are Bikini Beat, Buonanotte Penny (the first song sung by Dodi), Goodbye Madama Butterfly, and Un minuto prima dell'alba (which would later be the title of a 1998 collection where the Pooh of the '90s perform songs from their '60s). From the early years of the "historical" lineup, specifically Dodi-Red-Roby-Stefano, there are Lettera da Marienbad, Inutili memorie, Se sai, se vuoi, se puoi (this was also performed in the final concerts of 2016), E vorrei, and Per te qualcosa ancora. The last two pairs of songs were released as 45 rpm records. In the collection "I Pooh 1975-1978," there are È bello riaverti, Donna davvero, La gabbia, and Risveglio. In the collection "1978-1981," there are Giorno per giorno and Sei tua, sei mia. Instead, in the collection "1981-1984... e tutto quanto mai apparso su Lp," we find Fantastic fly, Odissey, Canzone per l'inverno, and Siamo tutti come noi (the latter two recorded on the album Palasport), Non siamo in pericolo and Anni senza fiato, released as 45 rpm records in 1982. It then moves to 1989 with Concerto per un'oasi, a beautiful instrumental piece, included in 25... la nostra storia. In 1995, almost 10 years later, both Forse Natale and Buonanotte ai suonatori were released, the title of that year's live as well. In the collection The best of 1997 (reviewed on Debasio), there are Brava la vita and Non lasciarmi mai più; in Best of the best (the collection with the cherries to be clear), there are Portami via, E arrivi tu, and Figli (the latter, however, also appears in Pinocchio, thus not counting towards the 43). In the collection "La grande festa," there are indeed La grande festa and Destini; in Noi con voi, there are Cuore azzurro, the National anthem, then Campione de Mondo 2006, L'amore costa, and Il cielo non finisce mai. Then in 2009, in the collection Ancora una notte insieme, there is the titular track, and finally in L'ultima notte insieme, there are Le Ultime Quattro Canzoni, namely Ancora una canzone, Tante storie fa, Le cose che vorrei, and Traguardi. With this review, we truly cover the entire discography of the Legendary Pooh! A review of Hurricane and Beat Regeneration is missing.
