Polvere Di Pinguino were a garage rock band from Carrara, Italy, active in the 1980s until they disbanded in 1992. They released an early single containing "Open My Hands" and an explosive cover of "Alabama Song", an LP in 1988 for Cobra Records, the EP Electric Tribe, and the 1992 album Leggi e allucinazioni for Mellow Records. Area Pirata released the anthology Stand By The Dream collecting singles, demos and live tracks.
