Hello everyone... my name is Federico Laurenti and I'm from Turin... my idols are definitely Subsonica (a great band, moreover, from my city, which is a plus) but today I am here to review the concert I attended on October 14, 2011, which was Pino Scotto's concert.

It must be noted that this was the second time I went to see the singer born in Monta Di Procida, and the last time the concert was amazing, and this time too it did not disappoint expectations.

The concert started an hour late, and an immediately heated heavy-metal band got on stage, warming up the atmosphere in the venue. The lead singer of the group was quite blunt when speaking between songs, and for a woman, she was very masculine, but we know that in the 'rock' scene, anything is possible.

The band played for just about an hour, giving Pino and his great band the space to prepare for the show... finally, after waiting for another half hour... Pino was on stage and immediately started singing the energetic ''Quore Di Rock ' N ' Roll'' (poor Italian) which gave even more energy to the 300 people present in the venue (strange for a Pino concert considering that usually, only about 30-40 people attend these events due to the insufficient musical culture of the Italian populace today).

After the opening track, he began speaking negatively about the singer Cesare Cremonini because he does not appreciate his song that plays on the radio (''Mondo''), which talks about a beautiful world that only the Bolognese singer sees, but in reality, it is a planet full of suffering and injustices.

During the concert, Pino also performed several Vanadium tracks and criticized the Italian political system and the fact that Berlusconi is still Prime Minister even after the parliament vote.

As in all his live performances, he also sang the beautiful ''Morta E' La Città'', where the singer from Monte Di Procida vents his pent-up anger against Italy with a catchy chorus that I, along with others in the venue, sang at the top of our lungs!

The rocker also spoke about his project for Belize and the fact that in the future, with Dr. Caterina Vetro, he will move to Cambodia to help other children.

In short, once again going to see Pino Scotto was something that stayed with me... stay rock!
