Dave Curran (Unsane) picks up the guitar and takes to the microphone alongside bassist Andrew Schneider (also present as producer) and drummer Jim Paradise, giving rise to Pigs.
From this comes "You Ruin Everything"; something heavy, distorted, violent, and the list goes on. Furious and dirty like a brawl, as restless as a neurotic madman, hard yet at the same time rotten.
The good Curran retains all his unsanely energy, unleashing showers of distorted and dissonant notes, accompanied by Schneider's explosive bass. Drummer Jim Paradise beats the skins like a desperate man, as if he were hitting someone with an iron pipe, putting the cherry on top of a delicious noise cake.
Describing the record track by track would be pointless; to you dear readers (yes, you Unsane junkies), I simply recommend giving it a tasty taste with "Give It" on the tube (accompanied by the splendid video) and then devouring it entirely.
With this, I thank you for your attention and say goodbye until the next (and hopefully longer) music review.
