Piero Schiavo Campo is an Italian astrophysicist and science fiction author featured in two DeBaser reviews. He won the Urania Prize twice (debut win 2012, again in 2016) and mixes scientific ideas (multiverse, cosmology) with fairy-tale elements. Reviews praise his creativity and scientific grounding while noting pacing or ending issues in at least one novel.

For:Readers of Italian science fiction, fans of scientifically informed SF, and those who like fairy-tale infused speculative fiction.

Piero Schiavo Campo was born in Palermo in 1951.
