American record producer and songwriter, creator of the "Wall of Sound", founder of Philles Records, born December 26, 1939. Produced artists including the Ronettes, the Crystals and Darlene Love.

Produced acts such as the Ronettes, the Crystals and Darlene Love. A Christmas Gift for You was released November 22, 1963. He faced legal troubles later in life, including a murder conviction in 2009. Phil Spector died January 16, 2021.
