Peter Whitehead

Peter Whitehead (1937–2019) was a British documentary filmmaker best known for 1960s music and cultural documentaries, including 'Charlie is my darling' and 'Tonite Let's All Make Love in London'.

Directed the Rolling Stones documentary 'Charlie is my darling' (filmed during concerts in Dublin and Belfast in September 1965; briefly released in October 1966; reissued on DVD in 2012). Active as a documentarian of 1960s music and culture.
