The theater isn't full, quite the opposite. The Marlene Kuntz from the day before seemed to have absorbed all the audience from Parco Ranieri. But the evening is perfect to enjoy some good music outdoors, and Perturbazione do not disappoint.
"Un Anno In Più" opens the concert and in the blink of an eye, the most loyal fans are under the stage, watching Tommaso closely to see if, as the albums seem to attest, the Rivoli group is indeed an excellent band. The outcome is a given. "Chiedo alla Polvere" and "Portami Via di Quì Sto Male" (the latter inspired by Belle and Sebastian) enchant live, and "Quattro gocce di blu" moves the entire audience. The start of "Agosto" immerses you in a particular atmosphere, and it almost seems like the theater has filled up. Indeed, in those four minutes or so, the voices had flooded the stands, and even the singer noticed it, but without much surprise, aware of the emotions those notes and words could evoke. "In Circolo" and "Pianissimo Fortissimo" are the most requested albums.
Among shouts, the scent of beer, and some laughter, "Leggere Parole", one of the most intense songs from the latest work, "Battiti per minuto", and "Mi Piacerebbe", make those closest to the stage dance. "La rosa dei 20" is no longer -a song you don’t know how to sing-, as the lyrics say, but becomes the song you want to sing, marking the rhythm with the rest of the group. Tommaso enjoys himself, drinks, speaks timidly between songs, and then you realize the distance between him and you is practically zero. You notice it even more when, after closing the concert with "Qualcuno si dimentica", he returns to the stage and sings "Per te che non ho conosciuto" just a few centimeters away, while staring into your eyes. After performing "Se Mi Scrivi", Perturbazione realize it's late. One of the security personnel looks at them and says, "Guys, it's one o'clock," but they almost seem to plead and swear to do just one more. "Il Senso della Vita" closes the whole concert, and you notice that there were only a few people left behind you. But who cares? You know you had a good time, sang along, and listened to great music.
