I bought Pago's first album, "Pacifico Settembre," out of pure curiosity. In fact, it’s not like I was such a big fan of Pago, known to the general public for the hit "Parlo di te" (track no. 9), but since in life we often change our minds, I purchased it.

An album that brings a breath of fresh air to the Italian pop scene! 12 tracks with high-level lyrics, surprisingly high-quality arrangements, and what leaves you amazed, a fabulous voice. Of course, the album is not an absolute pop masterpiece, but you will hear truly high-quality songs. To songs with very pleasant choruses like "Non cambi mai" or the summer single "Vorrei tu fossi mia" (which deserved more success than it had) are added little gems in terms of lyrics and music. I consider "So che ci sei" to be my absolute favorite song on the album. Also, "Tienimi così" and "Solo un anima" are songs that are, as a whole, of absolute level. An album that deserves to be listened to without too many prejudices.

In short, romance, grit, freshness, happiness combined with Pago's remarkable vocals create a winning and more than pleasant mix.

A more than encouraging debut for a singer who, thanks to this album, is much more than just a promise.
