"Miramòr" is the new album by Pablo e il mare, a Turin-based trio that draws inspiration from the most eclectic Italian singer-songwriter tradition.

The dominant components of the music lyrics by Paolo Antonelli, singer-songwriter-guitarist, are undoubtedly the romantic and emotional elements, and above all, the Latin, Mediterranean, and maritime soul of its protagonist.

Andrea Ferraris' piano and Marco Ostellino's rich percussion complete the ensemble, along with musical contributions from various guests (including Andrea Sicurella from the Banda Elastica Pellizza).

Some hints are rich with Mediterranean sounds, like "Franco Ciccio e la Sirena" and "Viva", recreating lively postcards of the South, a cardinal point towards which the compass of Pablo e il mare naturally points.

Acoustic ballads that quickly reach the listener, some of which are particularly spot-on (such as "Avvampa", "Farfalle", "Migrante").

The eleven tracks of "Miramòr" flow pleasantly in the player because the imprint of Pablo e il mare is markedly pop.

While the sound may remind you of the somewhat surf and acoustic American singer-songwriters so popular on the radio, there's a thoroughly Italian essence in the vocal and piano lines of Pablo e il mare. A personality that, after two listens, will earn a place among your favorite tracks.
