I happen to rewatch this video from 1999; it's been only 17 years (okay, the math - unfortunately - is right!). A typical end-of-the-century song, the famous "Da Ba Dee" has eclipsed the depth of its lyrics (pure poetry) which can be summarized as: "this is the story of a boy who lives in a world where EVERYTHING is the color of viagra because he has no one to listen to." I couldn’t help but think throughout the video: WHAT EVIL GENIUS CAME UP WITH THIS VIDEO?! The poor inhabitants of the viagra-colored planet who have no one to listen to interrupt a mega concert by Eiffel65 (not just anyone!) freezing the singer to make him perform on their planet. This triggers the wrath of Gabri Ponte and "the other Eiffel65," who promptly board their spaceship, leading to a space chase complete with sticking out tongues! Thus begins a fight: between the agile moves of an (unknown to me) martial art (would it be better to say Martian at this price?!), energy waves, and blows...
