Shutting myself indoors, avoiding human contact as much as possible, trying to release adrenaline through physical activity, reading only what's essential for my "profession," not listening to or reading politicians (also because I can't manage more than a few moments), and so much more. I watch a program because I wanted to see something about those poor souls arriving in Lampedusa or, even worse, getting hit and treated like animals by the Libyans or Tunisians... to "discover" that, okay, I have no sympathy for anyone, but if I had to choose... those on the "left" (obviously, they are not for me) are worse than those on the "right." It's better that I continue to exacerbate my situation of isolation... these "leftists" are destroying me...
