Time is Mute
Time is mute among motionless reeds...
Far from shores a canoe drifted...
Exhausted, inert the oarsman... The skies
Already fallen to chasms of rivers...
Stretched in vain to the edge of memories,
To fall perhaps was mercy...
He did not know
That it is the same illusion, world and mind,
That in the mystery of its own waves
Every earthly voice shipwrecks.
