Why isn't the computer moving forward? This damn spinning wheel keeps turning even though I have 5 bars of signal. Why do I close a video and it keeps playing? What else needs to be done besides formatting, clearing, and cleaning? Seriously, you who are experts, do we need to replace one every year?
