Perhaps my journey into the world of sounds has concluded with the complete works of Muslimgauze, some rarities from This Heat, and a futuristic voice. And so I thought of a parallel world, filled with late-night local radio stations in the early Nineties. Some nights went like this, with a private TV's teletext fixed on the C2 league standings, a beer, the smoke from a soft Marlboro forcefully blown out of the room, and this music. The mnemonic effort brought out about thirty tracks, avoiding duplicates as much as possible (like half of Billy Joel's discography). I believe it’s horrendous to listen to these songs and even more horrendous to listen to them with a self-satisfied smile. I think it’s the point of no return of time passing.
