Now the circumstances are different, we need systems suited to today’s reality, and we must update the technique of modern warfare that may involve us. All of us here want peace and fight for it, but that certainly does not mean that we are afraid; if the circumstances demand it, we will not hesitate for a moment! And to our potential aggressors, we will respond blow for blow.
