Let’s see if you can help me.
I have in mind the cover of an album, but I can’t seem to recall whose album it was.
I’m 100% sure they’re American.
The colors of the cover are an aquamarine, a sky blue, and maybe some slight shades of orange. It’s a landscape, nonetheless.
There’s a blue sky, but it’s very blurred, in a Magritte style, not sharp, as if it were painted with watercolors (but it’s not a drawing, it’s a slightly manipulated photo). The characteristic that I think I remember is that the photo is also slightly out of focus, as if the frame was obtained by overlapping 2 similar frames but slightly shifted.
I can't grasp why I associate this album with THE SUBURBS by Arcade Fire, which probably resembles it in colors but not in design (maybe in the fact that Suburbs is also out of focus and heavily manipulated). And anyway, the music is different from Arcade Fire (I’d say late 90s or the first decade of the new millennium).
In what I have in my mind, the sky is a soft blue (or maybe it’s a lake) and it’s in the middle of the frame, while on the sides, almost symmetrically, there are possibly plants or rocks.
Does anyone have any ideas to help me?

Thank you.
