In Rome, Mayor Virginia Raggi has banned all types of fireworks... In my opinion, this is right, not least because of all those little creatures that tremble in terror every New Year's Eve and some even die from fear... Only, this could have been done even without a pandemic; a bit of civic sense would have sufficed... 🙄
