But in the end, among Life goes on by the Damned, Eighties by KJ, and Come as you are by Nirvana, which is the best version of the most stolen riff in the history of rock music? :D I'm having a hard time because these are three very different and very beautiful songs. Life goes on is schizophrenic in its combination of intimate and melancholic sounds with an extremely optimistic text, Eighties is schizophrenic in its portrayal of the (self)d destructive hedonism of the '80s, and Come as you are is a brief journey through waters laced with lysergic acid and a few drops of heroin. Dilemma.
