After these days, I’m not talking about conspiracy theories but about a mass Truman Show. The ridiculous mortality (1) compared to (2) the reality of infections, which is vastly and necessarily higher than the reported cases, given that only about 3000 tests have been conducted (still much more than in the rest of the other European countries, which, however, claim not to have a case), should not justify the militarization of an entire area of our country, the emergency measures taken, and the panic and misinformation constantly spread through unified networks. I’m not saying it’s a conspiracy, but it’s worse than a factoid. It’s something diabolical, because despite the deaths that have occurred and for which I feel sorrow, what is happening is a gigantic distortion of reality and an evident manipulation of mass behavior.
