If you're not him, you're just like him... with your virtues and flaws (like all of us)... virtues being your passion and expertise, flaws being a slight annoyance (which gets heavy for burned-out people like me). You know I always say very openly what I think, I mean I really have to say it. After that, everything's the same, no problem.
