1974 is the first year that the Zepp do not release an album or hold concerts (this will happen again in 1978). Their label, Swan Song Record, is created to handle the release of their records (distribution remains with Atlantic) and for other artists they like. In hindsight, the venture will prove to be a failure - but they couldn’t care less - with the notable exception of Bad Company.
