Oleg Fesov is a Tajik musician from Badakhshan who recorded the album Lalaiki Pamir in Dushanbe between 1989 and 1992. He emigrated first to Russia and later to Germany; Blue Flame Publishing (Stuttgart) released material that introduced his music to European audiences.
