LA RECENSIONE

Once a man told me, "punk is just angry people screaming."

Another time the man told me, "punk is just badly played and worse recorded music."

Once another man told me, "the Japanese love to take foreign trends and intensify them."

Sometimes it's all true. These are the times when the Japanese do hardcore punk particularly well, and this happens often. Hardcore open-and-enjoy like instant ramen, the kind where LPs last 15 minutes and EPs last 9. 殺人予告 (Death threat?) by Acute is a particularly well-crafted episode.

The conclusions are self-evident.

Oh man, how great is this album.

Help, how much violence this album exudes.

How beautiful violence is.
