(Let me preface this: I'm young and not a great connoisseur of music, so go easy on the insults and so on.)

BritPop? In this album, I don't think there's a single chord that suggests this genre... Oasis distance themselves (Finally!!) from the genre that characterized them in their previous album ("What's The Story..."). The feeling I had when I listened to this album for the first time was that of being suspended in a void, accompanied by the sound of the guitar that gave me a certain sense of melancholy. It's a shame that the audience Oasis had built up until that moment could only appreciate Pop and therefore did not appreciate the album in which, in my opinion, Oasis reached the peak of their rock... In short, "Go Let It Out" and "Roll It Over" are really beautiful songs, not to mention the masterpiece "Gas Panic"! Then I would like to add something about the band... Noel has always said he wants to strike the audience with songs based on a simple rhythm, so those who hate them shouldn't certainly say that Oasis makes songs that are too simple because the band's intent has always been this!!
