Yes, idiots, immature, jerks, whatever you want, but always NOFX.
The album is released by Epitaph on Halloween day in October '97 and certainly represents the moment of greatest artistic awareness for the Californian band.

An album that differs greatly from the early NOFX, definitely less punk, less tormented; perhaps a melodic hardcore ska/punk, more romantic but always with the same youthful rebellion in the guts; songs like "Murder The Government" (the one with the famous line "I wanna see the Constitution burns") and "Kill The Rockstars" are the most immediate and striking examples; but there's also plenty of ska inside, ska crafted expertly, ska to dance to, ska to mosh to; yes, okay, melodic as you want but never saccharine, they always appear carefree, defiant, decadent, maybe it's fat-tone mike's voice, who knows... the fact is that they convince, the fact is that the inevitable maturity they've acquired makes the album one of the cornerstones in the history of punk rock.

Surely with this album they wanted to broaden their musical genre, they have expanded their potential listeners, but not for this are they to be condemned... they are as they have always been: to love or to hate, depending... but still to listen to!! Punk rock is a dirty job, but someone has to do it... It's My Job To Keep Punk Rock!!!!!!!
