This album was released (in limited edition) in 1992 to promote the Nirvana Australian tour, but it was later released in Japan in the same version with a different cover.
This record contains six songs: Turnaround (cover by Devo), Aneurysm, Son Of A Gun and Molly's Lips (both covers by the Vaselines) which can also be found on the album Incesticide released in Christmas 1992; Even In His Youth which was released in 1991 as the B-side of the single Smells Like Teen Spirit; the only unreleased track is D-7, a cover of the Wipers reworked into a very aggressive grunge version.
When Hormoaning first came out, it must have been a truly interesting gem for all Nirvana fans, but now, in my opinion, it would be a worthwhile purchase only for collectors given its cost and difficult availability.
Nonetheless, it remains noteworthy for its historical importance.
