LA RECENSIONE

It is the delirium of the senses. We can't tell if we're inside a cloud within a dream fired who knows where, reality or the effects of LSD, but it doesn't matter, life is hectic and there is no time to think, let us be hypnotized.

The Amazon rainforest in the dead of night has never been so fascinating amidst ancient tribal rites and mysteries.
The green and gold carnival's torcida made of drums, percussion, dancers, and decorative floats is catapulted from the streets of Rio, its natural habitat, directly into the wild, igniting like a flare in the night.

As we go deeper, strange sounds are heard alternated with playful screams: it is a triumph of relentless percussion, fireworks, and bright colors.
Strange local characters with a glorious musical past make their appearance: it is Chaos A.D.

The fever rises, the cold if there is any, is not felt, you can't stay still, in this corner of the world it is absolutely forbidden. It is only the law of the batucada that rules here. There is no jurisdiction that matters, although from afar, covered by branches and moss, an evergreen tricolor flag can be glimpsed.

You will stop for a moment to gaze melancholically at the holiday postcard with the sunset on Copacabana Beach in the background.

Do not be afraid, you who enter, and let the adventure begin, hoping there is no exit door at the end of the Carioca jungle.

It is the endless night, that never wants to die.
