I feel like reviewing only the second CD of the dualdisc edition because it's the only one that could be the focus of a discussion, given that the first is, after all, a 12-year-old record that has shaped us who, inevitably, go searching for the sound. Trent Reznor decides to give us this remastered collection with a better sound to listen to his great tracks more effectively. The god of psychological control over his twisted world, I believe, has hit the mark by reworking 13 songs of extreme depth.

Damn, this album has an industrial soul is the smartest thing to say. Besides, there are tracks that make music history and have undergone years of changes in soundchecks, but can you imagine how much time he spends to create a piece? Anyway, just hit the fanatical play button and listen to it. "Burn" reminds us of "Broken," then we have 7.45 minutes of ambient-industrial, the third track was in the remix "Further Down The Spiral" and is drum 'n' bass, then Joy Division is honored and is already featured in the music of The Crow. But aren't you curious how these songs are? They absolutely rock; maybe it's not the quintessence of evil but a journey into the reality of his last 15 years of work.
