Nasum was a Swedish grindcore band formed in 1992, notable for revitalizing grindcore and releasing key albums including Inhale/Exhale, Human 2.0, Helvete and Shift. The band ceased activity after Mieszko Talarczyk died in the 2004 tsunami. A comprehensive compilation, Grind Finale, collects much of their recorded output.

Founding members and contributors mentioned in reviews include Mieszko Talarczyk (vocals/guitar), Anders Jakobson (drums), Jon Lindqvist (bass) and Urban Skytt (guitar). The band signed to Relapse (noted in reviews) and released multiple studio albums, live recordings and compilations.

DeBaser reviews portray Nasum as a pivotal Swedish grindcore band (active 1992–2004) that revitalized the genre. Critics praise their intensity, speed, and compositional growth across Inhale/Exhale, Human 2.0, Helvete and Shift. Posthumous releases and compilations (notably Grind Finale) document their career; the project ended after Mieszko Talarczyk died in the 2004 tsunami.
