THE REVIEW

Scorching hot day today; early summer temperatures. The meadows are in bloom; still cheerful and festive, the many insects free and happy for this crazy October.

I hate all this: the heat, the insects, the backwards seasons. And so, here you have again the masters of Grindcore.

Five-track EP for five minutes; the usual immense sensation of destructive power.

The year is 1988; same recording sessions as "From Enslavement To Obliteration"...and you can hear it, we would add!!!

Lee Dorrian, Bill Steer, Shane Embury, Mick Harris, the priests of this Black Mass.

The initial three minutes of the instrumental title track allow Lee to spare his vocal cords; Doom with almost industrial moves. Then the martyrdom begins in the remaining two minutes.

A primitive Grindcore; tense, blinding, wacky.

Uncontrolled frenzy; liberating screams. Total fragmentation.

A noisy hammering; the impact of the instruments is a horrible pulsation that creates physical pain.

"Your Achievement?" and "Dead" are long (!!!) six and five seconds respectively; we're in the realm of "You Suffer But Why." Those who have ears to understand, understand.

Cerebral alteration; tending towards shredding.

Like a Tabula Rasa: Napalm Death has struck again, annihilating everything...MORBID DECEIVER...

Conceived, with many sins, and written while listening to the EP. In five minutes, therefore.

Diabolos Rising 666.
