The Profile

Nailbomb was an industrial metal project formed in 1994 by Max Cavalera and Alex Newport. They released the studio album Point Blank (1994) and the live album Proud to Commit Commercial Suicide (1995), performing at Dynamo Open Air before disbanding.

Formed by Max Cavalera (Sepultura) and Alex Newport (Fudge Tunnel); active 1994–1995; known for the studio album Point Blank and the live album Proud to Commit Commercial Suicide, captured at Dynamo-era performances.

Two reviews chart Nailbomb’s feral punch: the studio debut Point Blank fuses metal and hardcore with white-noise bite, while the live follow-up Proud to Commit Commercial Suicide reprises key tracks with crowd-fueled aggression and adds two studio cuts. Highlights include Wasting Away, Sick Life, and Exploitation, plus a gritty live take on Police Truck.
