I write a review as genuine praise for a film that made me turn so pale it felt like I was the victim of this horrific ritual... an orgy of pain and true hatred, a perverse hatred that leads the victim (even in death...) to suffer the most horrendous thing in the world, the desecration of the body. The film in question shows how... with very little money to pay an excellent special effects budget, and in half an hour can traumatize the viewer. I'm sorry, there's no Hostel or It that compares to this film. The reason is simple ... almost obvious, because a film like this picks up a true story, but not true in the sense that it's like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which in the end is just the phenomenon of a leather face, but a story that repeats every day, every moment and even now is happening, it is happening! Right below us!!! Underground.

Start taking seriously the idea of having yourself cremated after death, any death even ... Caz... in the Fu Manchu review, is perfectly fine. Or maybe the death of the dog gutted and covered in blood like at the beginning of the film. Which shows the cynicism with which these things happen. After the described scene, the film opens with the end credits, which are occasionally interrupted by images of the morgue (the real hell...). A desolate doctor gifts the cross of the daughter to the parents... As if to symbolize the fact that God can do nothing in the face of a phenomenon like this, perhaps too powerful and beastly, wanting it could even be the real rival of good, the absolute EVIL taken in the way it should be. And after the colleague of the protagonist leaves, he performs after having tortured well the corpse, but also after having caressed it, he takes its body and gives free rein to his sexual perversions. Notice the fact that the name of the person is always framed, subjected to this obscene as much as grotesque and almost cynically entertaining ritual, as if to demonstrate that the body is not an object, as it is considered in the morgue.
The body is something to care for, and starting from this assumption, that the protagonist caresses the corpse, demonstrating the perversion of the doctor realizing in an involuntary but very taunting way that the body needs care. The dramatic and borderline splatter, let's say of reality ;-), with which these images of daily life are taken, leaves us speechless! Frightened by the fact that these things unfortunately happen... And will continue forever, forever, forever, and forever. Because the cynicism of the person and the man increases this way of reasoning. Sensitivity as I see it, does not exist! Sweetness does not exist, even when we eat a tender steak, we must think it was killed ruthlessly, even in front of the tender and sincere, and we also add a surreal SWEET, gaze of a calf! Aftermath goes beyond any way of seeing life, Pep Tosar who plays the sexually deviant doctor, in my opinion, even if he didn't say a single word, perfectly immersed himself in the character, much better than actors like Brad Pitt (famous for his butt) and more than the legendary (for the crap he's made) Tom Cruise!

Another gem is the soundtrack based on classical music and strange noises coming from the morgue. Or rather the hell of good and bad souls, because you can be sure paradise does not exist. The film I have praised and reviewed represents, in my opinion, nothing more and nothing less than a look through the keyhole at what happens in morgues, it is not a film... it is not even a documentary (because it does not explain with words... it just shows), it is pure and simple but painful REALITY! Or yes reality... The one we love to distort and kill, in every way, but this in the end is the consolation prize ;-), a nice trip in hell which as written above, is called reality, on which every evil of society is based, expressed in this film as cynicism, satanism (like the gift of the cross to the parents of the daughter who died at the beginning of the film), and nihilism. The film speaks clearly, the Doctor = The State, that is, the one who decides if you should suffer or be at peace, the Daughter = The People, grotesque mass of people (in this case one), who grotesquely lower their heads and obey the state...
