Motorbass is a French house duo formed by Philippe Zdar and Etienne de Crecy, best known for the 1996 album Pansoul.

Pansoul was released in 1996. Philippe Zdar (Philippe Cerboneschi), one half of Motorbass, died in 2019.

gabbox's review presents Pansoul (1996) as a unique, dark, and influential French house record. The review reads like a cinematic journey — restless, nocturnal, and dancefloor-oriented. It frames Motorbass as pioneers whose first album stands apart from their later productions.

For:Fans of 1990s electronic music, French house, and dark, cinematic dance records.
