At more or less regular intervals, I have to do something quite disgusting at home but necessary: clean the shower drain that (indeed) no longer performs its unfortunate task.

After opening the grate for water passage, I'm immediately engulfed by a penetrating, cold, rotten smell that accompanies my entire cleaning operation. Stagnant hair, hairs of imaginable origin form a kind of muddy ball with a mushy consistency; a ball that with effort, and an unquantifiable amount of "disgust," I have to pull out of the "vault" to then rinse with plenty of hot water and liquid plumber. In such a way as to make the drain channel passable again. Until the next time...

A gruesome image enough to always remind me, during this little task of mine, of Mortician, champions of that Brutal-Gore-Grind that they helped build and spread.

Depraved and harmful EP released by the band in 1995; cover, production, themes addressed, music, and lyrics are stomach-churning. As has always been the case with Americans.

Brief bashes introduced by samples from horror movies complete with inhuman screams of people who must not be having a good time; the usual drum machine dictating spasmodic rhythms, paced by an industrial blast furnace. Growl so guttural and low that it's impossible to understand a single syllable; deadly lashes of bass and guitar, also on aggressive tunings and boiling tones. Like inflamed, scorching, and pitch-black tar.

There are also two covers, redone in a slimy and filthy manner, of Celtic Frost and Napalm Death.

My ears are bleeding...and it's all very amusing...SCUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A band, in my opinion, genial, not to be taken too seriously; which is better and (not) advisable.

Diabolos Rising 666.
