When, after a day of wandering in the grip of psychotropic delirium, when the resilience of your body is reduced to the minimum, it can happen that the next day is a dire one, plagued by severe migraines.
It's our body demanding a break, a need to stop and recharge before resuming normal psychotropic activities.
If a crappy day with photophobic headaches is on the horizon, fasting or the help of medicinal plants is not enough; unfortunately, you have to resort to chemistry, and in particular, I recommend ibuprofen.
Unlike the famous aspirin, ibuprofen is a hundred times better, just take it with a bit of food even if you're not hungry.
The result is that within 90 minutes of taking it, the headache disappears, leaving room for a pleasant drowsiness and inner peace but with decision-making capabilities close to zero. Take a day off, have a nice shower, and lay down on the couch perhaps in the company of a good book with a soft and sweet musical background, and you will see that slowly your body will regain energy, and your poor hypothalamus, undermined by noble vices, will start functioning properly again.
Then, towards the afternoon, you will feel a sense of hunger, you can eat something light but, above all, drink plenty of fresh water because ibuprofen needs it to be processed by the body, and anyway, a day of fasting is always beneficial.
Special mention for aspirin, which according to recent English studies, if taken in small daily doses, not only wards off the risks of heart attacks and strokes but greatly reduces the probability of contracting many forms of cancer.
