Moloko was an electronic/pop duo formed by Róisín Murphy (vocals) and Mark Brydon (producer/musician). Active in the late 1990s and early 2000s, they are best known for singles such as "Sing It Back" and "The Time Is Now" and for the 2003 album Statues.

Róisín Murphy is widely noted for her distinctive voice and stage presence. The group released several albums including Do You Like My Tight Sweater?, I Am Not a Doctor, Things to Make and Do and Statues, and a live DVD 11,000 Clicks recorded at Brixton Academy.

Two DeBaser reviews praise Moloko's late-90s/early-00s electro-pop/trip-hop work and Róisín Murphy's commanding presence. Statues (2003) is highlighted as an underrated swan song; the Brixton Academy DVD 11,000 Clicks is recommended for live fans. Key singles noted include "Sing It Back" and "The Time Is Now".
