I was really disappointed when I heard that Timoria was breaking up... but as soon as I received the news that Dioego and Illorca were forming a group with Killa (formerly of Alligator Jack) and the voice Jack, never under contract before them, I was thrilled, and as soon as I found the record, I grabbed it immediately. The echoes of the old Timoria resonate from the first to the last track.

"Azzurro acrilico" opens the dance with a beautiful intro that concludes leaving room for a very simple riff but that at the same time leaves you speechless. More raw is their "Quello che non cambia," with stronger sounds... beautiful. And then a song I am very attached to, "Sposo dell'aria"... which since Illorca no longer plays (we miss you, Illo!!) makes me think of him. And here comes my favorite from the album, "Mi accendi i sensi." It starts with a very simple yet effective bass line and then leaves room for a tearjerking text and a more than fantastic chorus. They drop a bit with their "Love Breaks Down"... a distorted track but too slow, yet composed of very original riffs. Lovely their "LucidaMente," a very calm track with lyrics that are poetry. In "l'uomo tradito," you can hear the fantastic voice of Illorca who simultaneously makes his bass do fantastic yet simple rounds. Their "adesso" is beautiful, with perhaps the most beautiful riffs of the album in the chorus. Diego handles the opening of their "cicatrici" with a drum riff that starts a beautiful song. And here are the two songs I like least on the album: "Festa disarmonica" and "Orchidea di ruggine." Cute but not exceptional. And then the ambient "Crim" that, as far as I'm concerned, they could have done without...

Overall, however, an excellent album. Well done, Miura!!
