Mis-Teeq were an English female music group formed in the late 1990s (members: Su-Elise Nash, Sabrina Washington, Alesha Dixon). They released the albums Lickin' on Both Sides (2001), Eye Candy (2003) and the compilation Greatest Hits (2005) before disbanding in 2005.

Their single "Scandalous" was a commercial hit and charted in the United States; the group's sound combined R&B and UK garage influences.

Darius's DeBaser review revisits Mis-Teeq's brief career and their 2005 Greatest Hits compilation. The review outlines the group's origins, two studio albums and key singles like Scandalous and Why?. The compilation is presented as a faithful distillation of their limited but varied output. Overall rating in the review: 3/5.

For:Fans of early-2000s UK R&B/garage, listeners of nostalgic pop girl-group music.

The story of the English group Mis-Teeq does not differ much from the biographies of compatriots like All Saints: a female formation born in the underground turmoil of the island, blooming with the rise of late millennium teen bands, with few studio works to their credit, a decent pile of successful tracks, early disbandment, end of performances.
