Second demotape dated 1993 which would later lead the young combo to convince Burning Heart Records to sign them, for the subsequent creation of two mini CDs and then the first full-length. This label is still releasing their work on the European market today.
Here you can listen to Sarkevic and company at the early stages of their career and already capture that inclination for melodic hardcore sounds, which the group will reprise in the next three studio albums.
From a first listen, it's immediately evident a greater sound clarity, which greatly improves upon that of the first demo "Goofy."
The work is composed of seven tracks, some of which will later be revisited in the collection "The Melancholy Collection" (1999).
The pleasant and direct "Planet Earth" is highlighted, probably the best, the vaguely ska experiments are not missing, classified under "The Tame" which features a mood and voice distortion effects typical of breaking free.
"Melancholy Protection" and "A Bit Of Muslin" are among the shortest and no-frills songs ever written by the Swedes.
Ultimately, a useful document and a good rediscovery, also to get an idea of what Millencolin was like in the height of their youth.
