Mick Harvey is an Australian musician, composer and producer, co-founder of The Boys Next Door, The Birthday Party and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Renowned for English-language interpretations of Serge Gainsbourg and for film scores, he has released acclaimed solo albums and collaborated widely, including with PJ Harvey. He left the Bad Seeds in 2009 and continues to record and score films.
