There are so many dreams we have when we are little, desires we try to fulfill. The hopes each of us nurtures within ourselves. Time passes, sensations and emotions change, but those dreams in the drawer remain intact. They are not even slightly touched by the relentless passing of time. They remain there, where you left them the last time, always ready to emerge like the first time you caressed them but never fully touched them. Within you remains the desire to relish them and grasp their greatness, to intensely relive them.

The dream of meeting Atreiu, the warrior who hunted the purple buffalo called to save the Childlike Empress threatened by the Nothing. Atreiu, the one meant to save the entire kingdom of Fantasia. Bastian, the one who reads the book of The NeverEnding Story and will decide the kingdom's fate. The boy in whom we all have seen ourselves at least once, who had the fortune to become an integral part of a fantastic and splendid adventure. A simple boy who, merely by reading the story, would manage to save the kingdom of Fantasia. The same Ivory Tower, the residence of the Empress in serious danger due to the Nothing. The strange little men populating the Kingdom, the goblin with the fast snail, the one with the bat that falls asleep even in flight, and also the rock man, who makes his way through the forest with his size. Artax, Atreiu's horse, who will die swallowed by the quicksand. Morla, the ancient being, who shows Atreiu the way to save the Empress; a kind of giant turtle with a strange cold. The Auryn that protects Atreiu from the dangers he will face on his journey. It was given to him inside the Ivory Tower. Falcor, the winged white dog that will bring Atreiu directly before the South Oracle. There he will be helped by two elves, husband, and wife. The husband was passionate about science and astronomy and knew everything about the South Oracle. So, to pass the Oracle, Atreiu needed to have a lot of courage. Because the Sphinxes forming the Oracle looked into the heart of anyone who wanted to cross, and Atreiu had much confidence in himself. But after that, there would be another test to overcome, he would be put in front of himself, in front of a mirror. Inside the mirror was Bastian, who at that moment realized that he was part of the Story. In the end, Bastian will save the Kingdom of Fantasia and give a new name to the Childlike Empress. This was precisely needed, because Fantasia was now without a name. He gave her his mother's name.

Everyone dreams of taking part in a similar adventure. To live it as Bastian lived it, to meet all the characters of the story, to know them, to save Fantasia, but that is another story.
