THE REVIEW

Hey, don't stone me if this is the fourth time "Master of Puppets" has been reviewed, but when dealing with masterpieces of this kind, words of praise are never enough... [actually, yes! ;) n.d.e.]
The masterpiece created by four great men who with this and other beautiful albums (but this one more than the others, in my opinion) have made THE HISTORY OF METAL!!!!

You'll be left speechless right from the first track "Battery," which starts off pounding and determined at a crazy speed. From here on, there's not a moment to catch your breath, with one exceptional piece after another...
Because not a single track on this album is there by chance... much more thoughtful and complex than "Kill 'em All," we find the true MetallicA in this album, before they got lost in commercialization with albums like "Load," "Reload," or "St.Anger," which conserve very little of the original power and spontaneity... So let's enjoy these true MetallicA, to whom all of metal (and not just thrash) truly owes a lot......

The second track (as it would later become a habit for MetallicA) is the title track. Even better than "Battery" with exceptional guitars and James at the peak of his form singing "...Just call my name, cause I'll hear you scream...MASTER!!!...MASTER!!!..."
Fantastic solos characterize this unique and unrepeatable track in the history of Metal.

Another masterpiece of this album is "Sanitarium"...a ballad?! No!! A piece marked in the history of MetallicA for its uniqueness... A slow, melancholic start soon gives way to the rage that fills the entire album, masterfully sung by James accompanied by Cliff Burton, a truly exceptional bassist whom we get to hear in this, his last album... Before an accident in Sweden made the whole metal scene mourn him...

And so "...Sanitarium, leave me be / Sanitarium, just leave me alone..."

The last piece, and in my opinion the best, is "Damage, Inc." a piece of pure thrash metal, rapid and violent in an unheard-of way... There are no words to describe what these four men managed to do with simple instruments...MASTERS!!! It's impossible to find terms that could simplify in words the magic of their music, which made history and will continue to do so, even when Metallica no longer exists, except in our memories...(which could be sooner than we think...)

"Blood will follow blood / Dyng time is here / Damage, Incorporated..."
("Blood will follow blood / dying time is here / Damage, Incorporated...")

And I've told you all this because perfection exists, AND WE HAVE IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!!!!!!!

Eight unforgettable minutes, which have made metal history, are making it and will continue to do so.

Simply the greatest masterpiece of Metallica...

Master Of Puppets gives us MetallicA in great, tremendous form, still at the pinnacle of their dawn.

This album is a gem in the musical landscape of recent years, a collector’s item.

Despite not being technically excellent musicians, the four manage to write captivating songs, superior to other thrash groups.

Master Of Puppets is a masterpiece, though being of a genre not enjoyed by all, the allure of these songs is undeniable.

Listening to just a few seconds of the first track is enough to realize you are dealing with something very different from a simple good thrash metal album.

Master of Puppets is a must-listen for every genre lover and is also an excellent antidote for eardrums now stressed by what is sold today as metal.

An album that kicked ass and wrote Metallica's history.

A song that really kicks ass and blasts the eardrums, a must-listen at maximum volume and to headbang until you pass out.
