Hello, don't mind the name that's written, my real name is Gianmariotommaso1982. I'll start by saying that the subject of my review is my favorite artist. I absolutely love everything they do (probably even what they crap out) and they are masterpieces that continue to surprise me more and more.

The subject of my review is the album "7'' Split" by Melt Banana/Dynamite Anna & the Bone Machine (what a long and awesome name, right?), which, I'll tell you straight away, is truly amazing and fantastic and in comparison, you all suck.

It's immediately noticeable the intention to leave the past behind, the courage to experiment, a vibrant and funny vein that can only make us love the delightful people involved (for Melt-Banana we have: a dignified singer, an unacceptable bassist, a guitarist with a surgical mask, and a drummer who, well; for the other group nothing is known, who knows). Everything is so excellent that I really got a headache trying to find any flaw in this (master)piece.

But I'm digressing, let's start with the track analysis. Opening with Melt-Banana, "Tintarella di Luna", a wonderful cover of Mina, it's a truly experimental introduction that mixes spoken language and created noises (I don't know how that's possible!) with the guitar, I've never heard anything like it, out of this world! Following is "Tintarella di Luna", an incredible cover of Mina, an energetic and rock-oriented track that will definitely storm the coolest dance floors, and then comes "Tintarella di Luna", an amazing cover of Mina, a compelling piece with an incredible groove that makes one reflect on carefreeness, then "Tintarella di Luna" (if you don't know, it's the legendary cover of Mina) reminds us to forget. An unmissable electro-pop base that enriches the fantastic singing, original and innovative. To close the record, "Quattro Teschi Ballano il Tango della Morte", a somewhat subdued track by Dynamite Anna & the Bone Machine, which surely won't sweep the Festivalbar audience: by far not quite lively enough, honestly. Surely.

In short, the contamination of styles and the energy, all a masterpiece, absurd. Those who don't appreciate it cannot call themselves music lovers, the good, the true music.

[...]

No, seriously: seven inches, two bands, and a little over five minutes, with Melt-Banana condensing the best of Italian pop in an unmissable blast-noise rendition of Tintarella di Luna. Dynamite Anna etcetera (who?) creating a track with deliciously b-movie atmospheres even if less noisy and violent.

No, seriously, no bullshit: masterpiece.
