THE REVIEW

No. Not this time.

I might overlook that previous heap of anonymity, known by the name Th1rt3en, but this time there are no excuses that hold. This album sucks. It’s awful, it’s shit, it stinks so much that I can smell it even from here, I don’t know how but it’s just like that. It is absolutely the worst album in Megadeth’s entire career, and probably of the year 2013. Compared to this, Risk is an unparalleled masterpiece, and with that, I think I’ve already said enough. But I have to continue.

Basically, the album is 50% heavy metal, 30% hard rock, and 20% thrash metal. What do I mean with these percentages? I mean that the album presents a sound that doesn’t belong to Megadeth at all. Too many dull and melodic riffs, which only make listening far too ridiculous. And then the choruses... my god, I sincerely hope you haven’t listened to the track "Burn!"...

There isn’t much else to say, here everything is rotten, sparing only out of pity two songs, which are the opening "Kingmaker" and "Dance In The Rain", which somewhat (sort of) benefits from the collaboration of Disturbed’s singer David Draiman (but wasn’t he supposed to be on “reflective pause”?). And these two tracks aren’t that great either, in fact, they’re not nearly enough to keep the album on the passing line.

Therefore, an unforgivable album, atrocious, that incites hatred and violence. A real plague. Demonstrating the fact that Dave Mustaine is a true idiot. I apologize for the excessive use of bad language and insults, but sometimes it is necessary.

Summary by Bot

This review harshly criticizes Megadeth's 'Super Collider' as the worst album of their career and of 2013. The album's mix of heavy metal, hard rock, and thrash metal is seen as a failed experiment, with dull riffs and unappealing choruses. Only two tracks, 'Kingmaker' and 'Dance In The Rain,' receive mild praise but not enough to redeem the album. The reviewer condemns the album as a complete disappointment and an insult to the band's legacy.
