Between "Up on the Sun" and "Mirage" the Kirkwood brothers band crafts an EP of twenty-five minutes spread over six tracks.

Although rich in the fundamental elements of the past (already extensively described in other DeReviews), this time the grooves allow these quirky individuals to take the experience of their previous effort and make it even more frenzied and, in some ways, amusing.

Intact in their inspiration, they don't show their flank to the listener and instead don't give them a moment's break, forcing the same to move from the eccentric hard rock of "Good Golly Miss Molly" to the country hint of "Mountain Line," up to two more "conventional" tracks in their tradition (so, to be honest, a bit dull) such as "Not Swimming Ground" and the title track.

The better pieces, undoubtedly worthy of more listens, are the frantic opener "She's Hot" and that "Other Kinds of Love" with a grip that is not immediate.

No desire to overdo it, more in quantity than in quality, in that spring of 1986
