American dream pop/neo-psychedelia band formed in 1989 by guitarist David Roback and vocalist Hope Sandoval, rising to prominence with the 1993 single “Fade Into You” from So Tonight That I Might See; they returned with Seasons of Your Day (2013) and the EP Still (2018).

Formed in California by David Roback and Hope Sandoval; breakout single “Fade Into You” (1993); albums include She Hangs Brightly (1990), So Tonight That I Might See (1993), Among My Swan (1996), Seasons of Your Day (2013); EP Still (2018). Sandoval also sang on Massive Attack’s “Paradise Circus” (2009). David Roback died in 2020.
