Mathias (stage name of Matteo Guarnier) is a brand-new singer-songwriter from Veneto who debuts in September with a single called "Scacco matto", a track that will appear on the "Rap in style" compilation by Sildnrecords, a record label that collaborates with Vevo, YouTube, and many digital stores.
"Scacco matto" is a strong piece: R&B meets rap but also electro-hip hop. A track that will entertain us this fall 2015 and launches the artist from Cornuda (province of Treviso), who hopes to make a long journey in music with this debut.
Graduated in DAMS, performing arts & cinema, in Padua in 2007, Mathias has been writing and producing songs at home since he was very young, but it was only in 2015 that he connected with Sildnrecords, which catapulted him into the music world. "Scacco matto" is an autobiographical track that introduces us to the singer as he is – simple, modest, full of zest for life.
"Nice to meet you, let me introduce myself, I am checkmate, I am clever like a cat, I am fast like a rat........" the very intriguing start of the piece.
