Mastedon is an American Christian rock/AOR studio project led by brothers John and Dino Elefante. Active around the turn of the 1990s and revived in 2009, the project blended melodic AOR with progressive touches and rotating vocalists and session players. John Elefante is the former vocalist of Kansas.

Formed by John and Dino Elefante; albums include It’s a Jungle Out There! (1989), Lofcaudio (1990), and III (2009). The music blends AOR and progressive elements with Christian-themed lyrics and features guest musicians such as Dave Amato and Stef Burns (as noted in reviews).
